Sanur, Bali

5th – 7th June 2016

We arrived at Denpasar airport at around 6.30pm and jumped in a taxi to the Respati Hotel in Sanur for 150,000 rupiah. As Mum, Mitchell, Janet, Alison and Alan wernt due to land until 10ish we went out for somthing to eat before heading back to the hotel ready for them to arrive.

At about half 11 they arrived at the hotel, it was so lovely to see them all especially Mum. We decided to go out for a few beers before heading to bed.

The next day was spent lounging around by the beach and pool doing absolutely nothing, it was heaven. We also all had our complimentary massages which were very nice. Our hotel was beautiful with a really cute little restaurant over looking the beach so we decided to eat there for lunch and that evening. Most of us tried Nasi Goreng a popular Indonesian dish which was pretty good. Me, Mum and Alison also went and got manicures and pedicures after dinner for about £2.50!

The next morning we were up early ready for our taxis at 9.30 which were taking us up to Munduk, stopping at a few places on the way. Our time in Sanur was brief but a nice start to the holiday!
